Acquisition Timeline

Aero Engineering is a pioneer in the manufacturing distributor space supporting legacy and current/future aircraft platforms with manufacturing expertise and customer inventory support. Aero Engineering has been providing OEM production and mission critical spares requirements for over 75 years and is situated in our LA Hub location.

EFP Group offers precision machining and complex electro-mechanical assembly for a complete solution for our customers out of our Philadelphia Hub location. With certifications in both the Aerospace and Medical industries, EFP Group is uniquely qualified to support highly critical markets and concurrent design/manufacturing processes.

With the primary focus on Aerospace & Defense, Johnson Precision enjoys long standing relationships with key Customers in these critical market sectors. Combining extensive machining experience and dedicated employees, JPPI ensures customer satisfaction throughout the design and manufacturing process.

Trinity Aerospace serves multiple customers with product solutions for sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly. Trinity operates from our Toronto Hub location and supports multiple commercial aerospace platforms, both legacy and new product development.

NEK is a specialized machining operation supporting medical implant manufacturing and medical instruments for this highly precise and regulated industry. As a compliment to the high precision machining at Solestra’s EFP Site, NEK has been absorbed into EFP and the Philadelphia Hub.

LHM is recognized as an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of critical landing gear components and assemblies. Situated in our Toronto Hub location, LHM serves multiple customer and platforms globally for these highly precise components and assemblies.

Located within Solestra's LA Hub area, Aerofab has been servicing the aerospace & defense industry since 2008. Aerofab maintains top customer approvals for fracture critical structural components flying on key platforms across the industry.
